Wyoming Mountain Engagement Session
One of the best things about being a Wyoming Wedding photographer is hanging out with adorable couples in love. And that definitely is the case with Aileen and Jacques. When I first met Aileen at the bridal walk in downtown Laramie, she had the warmest smile and sparkle in her eyes. Of course, I was over the moon when her name was drawn to win my Ludwig Photography engagement session. Aileen had spent most of that afternoon pouring over engagement albums. I could tell how badly she wanted me to capture “the magic” between she and Jacques. The only thing that stood in the way was the investment. So when she won I believe I squealed louder she did.
Back in the day, Aileen and Jacques dated in high school. And now it was apparent that a million little things, when you added them up, meant that they were meant to be. I truly believe in fate and Aileen and Jacques falling in love definitely was it. The same fate also determined that Aileen’s name would be drawn at the Laramie Bridal Walk to win my engagement session. And it definitely was fate on their engagement session day that we had blue skies and beautiful Wyoming weather.
Chemistry and Cheers
Aileen and Jacques know how to have fun together as a couple and their engagement session day was no exception. Looking through the viewfinder in my camera I could see the love in Jacques eyes. Their chemistry was contagious. Laughter and adventure definitely were in the air. As a Wyoming wedding photographer I absolutely love wind. It loosens up the false pretense of having a “professional photographer” capture a great moment and fills the moment instead with fun, passion, and wild abandon.
Spending the day with Aileen and Jacques was incredible. Their fun loving personalities, love of Wyoming and each other, and excitement for the future were a joy to organically capture with my camera. These two definitely make Wyoming a better place.
