6 Months Baby Portraits
It was such a pleasure photographing precious Cally and her beautiful Mama. Being able to create little Cally’s baby portraits was one of my favorite experiences as a photographer. Not much can melt my heart faster than the big eyes and toothless grin of a sweet little baby. Her wide eyed curiosity to everything and her sweet little smile is enough to melt anyone’s heart.
Having portraits that captured Cally at such a precious time was important to her mom Cassidy and her grandma Janet. Cassidy and Cally came all the way from western Wyoming to visit grandma in Laramie. Janet had spoken with us months before. She loved our baby portraits and could not wait to schedule something special for adorable Cally at our studio in downtown Laramie. We had a fun “girl party” full of adorable little outfits, bows, and one of us even managed to squeeze in a nap.
The cherished bond between a mother and child is something that is hard to explain with words. However, we all know the saying, “a picture is worth a thousand words”, right? When you see the beautiful, emotional portraits of Cally and her mom no words are needed to describe the bond between mother and daughter. Having the ability to capture that magic warms my heart.
And knowing that those memories are real photographs on Cally’s walls, in her home, a home filled with joy and happiness fill me with joy to the brim.
