30th Annual Cheyenne Bridal Expo
2022 marked 30 years of the Cheyenne Bridal Expo. I have attended all 30 of them, and have even planned and organized many of them. I don’t mean to age myself or anything but coming from four generations of Wyoming Wedding Photographers I attended my first expo as a Wyoming Wedding vendor at the age of 22 while attending the University of Wyoming. Photographing weddings keeps me young and adventurous and living in the mountains in a university town. Laramie definitely adds fun and excitement to my life. After all, romance and being outdoors keep this Wyoming girl happy.
Undeniably, expos are great for brides and wedding professionals alike. Attending a bridal expo provides a great opportunity to network and collaborate with each other as professionals and the brides get to see and take advantage of everything we have to offer and what is available to them right in their own backyard! Our little southeastern corner of the state has so many wonderful and talented wedding professionals and expos bring them all together in one place!
The Joy of Weddings
LKH Bridal in Laramie puts on a fashion show at every expo featuring the latest trends in bridal fashion. This is without a doubt my favorite part of the expo. Afterwards, the models and I go into the hallways of Little America and have a little bit of fun. I love photographing them in wedding gowns. After all, what girl doesn’t love a beautiful wedding dress and love seeing the latest wedding trends?
Even after 30 years, I still love going to the Cheyenne Bridal Expo. I get to meet wonderful engaged couples , brides, mothers of brides, bridesmaids, if the groom is working and can’t come. And it is wonderful to connect with other amazing wedding professionals from around the area. Every expo is different and I can’t wait to attend more!
